  7. Patch that enables japanese text to be shown by ANY program, supports
  8. EUC-JP,Shift-JIS,Old-JIS,New-JIS and Nec-JIS encoding.
  9. Automtatically detects EUC and Shift-JIS encoding (like Netscape)

  11. BUGFIX!!!
  12. OLD-JIS, NEW-JIS and NEC-JIS now works as it sould, used to print a 'J' at the 
  13. end of JIS-string before, doesn't anymore
  14. The Auto-detection of Shift-JIS is more safe now.
